Because of most insects’ rapid reproduction cycle, photo-degradation of pest management materials and other environmental factors, Sexton Pest Control recommends a monthly scheduled service for insect population monitoring and booster application purposes. Sexton Pest Control guarantees to control all pests as listed above, provided that a regular treatment schedule is maintained. This excludes birds and rodents, as these pests can typically be controlled or managed with the use of exclusionary applications (ie…screening, netting, caulking and weather stripping) and may only require a single follow up visit to ensure your satisfaction.
